Consultations

Consultations are complementary. It is the first step in discovering if QT Cakes is the right fit for your special day. These can be done through email, phone call or in person (if within the area) - and allows us to get to know each other and work on developing your Dream Wedding Cake or Desserts! 

Helpful information to have upon your inquiry: 

  • Your Wedding Date (or time of year)

  • Ideas of Cake Designs/Dessert Bar options you are interested in - this is where your Pinterest Board or saved cake designs will come in handy!

  • Contact information for your Day Of Coordinator (if using one).

  • Venue Location (if decided yet)

  • Rough Estimate of # of guests attending

  • Any questions you may have! No question is too silly or dumb - this is your time to let me know everything you are wondering about.

Cake Tastings

Cake Tastings are a fantastic way to decide what flavors you’d like to feature at your reception. The combination possibilities are endless as I offer the option to choose multiple flavors for cakes & cupcakes.

Cake Tastings are done in Cupcake Form! You have the choice of two (2) different packages:

A) Try 3 Different Cake Flavors (and their corresponding Fillings and/or Frostings) for $24.00

B) Try 6 Different Cake Flavors (and their corresponding Fillings and/or Frostings) for $48.00

Cake Tastings are also offered in two styles:

“Grab N’ Go” OR “Classic Sit Down”

Securing Your Date

 

Wedding dates book up quickly - as couples book their dates as far as 2 years in advance!

After your initial consultation, I will give you a few Dessert Options with Quotes attached to them. In order to reserve your date, there is a 25% non-refundable deposit required. This is based off of your Initial Invoice (which can be adjusted up until a month before your Wedding date - so don’t fret if you aren’t 100% sure of what you want in the beginning).

Set Up & Deliveries

QT Cakes is more than happy to offer Free Wedding Deliveries to Venues in the Buena Vista, CO. area.

Deliveries outside of this area will require a $0.60/mile delivery fee.

Setting up & adding flowers/cake toppers/etc. to your Wedding Order are already included in the initial pricing - aka no additional fees!
